How It Works

Our refund policy is simple. If you purchase a course and decide it is not right for you, request a refund within 30 days of your purchase date and we will return your payment in full. You do not need to provide a reason, complete a survey, or meet any minimum usage requirements.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us through our contact page or email support@workplaceaiinstitute.com with your name and the email address you used to enroll. We will process your refund within 5 to 7 business days. The refund will be applied to the original payment method.

What Is Covered

Our 30-day guarantee covers all individual course purchases. The guarantee period begins on the date of purchase, not the date you begin the course. Whether you have completed one unit or all four, you are eligible for a full refund within the guarantee period.

Team and Bulk Purchases

Team and bulk purchases are also eligible for refunds. For team orders, refunds can be requested for individual seats or for the entire order. Please contact us to discuss your specific situation and we will work with you to find the right solution.

After the Guarantee Period

Refund requests received after the 30-day guarantee period are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. While we cannot guarantee a refund after this period, we are committed to making sure every student has a positive experience and will do our best to resolve any concerns.
