How do I enroll in a course?

Browse our course catalog, select the course for your profession, and click the enrollment button. You will be guided through a simple checkout process. Once payment is complete, you will receive immediate access to all course materials.

What tools or software do I need?

You need a computer or tablet with internet access and a free account with at least one AI tool such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini. Our courses teach techniques that work across all major AI platforms, so you can use whichever tool you prefer.

How long does a course take to complete?

Most students complete a course in 8 to 15 hours, depending on their pace and how much time they spend on the hands-on assignments. Each course has four units, and each unit is designed to take two to four hours.

Are courses self-paced?

Yes. Every course is fully self-paced. There are no scheduled classes, deadlines, or live sessions. You can start, pause, and resume at any time. Your progress is saved automatically.

Do I need any technical background?

No. Our courses are designed for professionals who have never written a line of code. If you can type an email, you can take these courses. We start with the basics and build from there.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. For team purchases of five or more seats, we also offer invoice billing.

Do you offer payment plans?

How much do courses cost?

Each course is $249. This includes full access to all four units, hands-on assignments, the final assessment, and your certificate of completion. Team pricing is available for organizations enrolling five or more people.

Can my employer pay for the course?

Absolutely. Many employers cover professional development costs. We can provide an invoice or receipt for reimbursement. For team purchases, visit our Teams page or contact us directly.

How do I get an invoice or receipt?

A receipt is emailed to you automatically after purchase. If you need a formal invoice for your employer or accounting department, contact our support team and we will send one within one business day.

Course Access

How do I access my course after enrolling?

After payment, you will receive an email with your login credentials for our learning platform. Sign in and your course will be ready to start immediately. You can also access your course at any time by logging into the platform directly.

Do I get lifetime access?

Yes. Once you enroll, you have lifetime access to the course materials. You can revisit any unit, re-read content, or review prompts and assignments whenever you need a refresher.

Can I download course materials?

Course content is accessed through our online learning platform and is not available for download. This allows us to keep the materials current as AI tools and best practices evolve.

What devices can I use?

Our learning platform works on any device with a modern web browser, including desktops, laptops, tablets, and smartphones. For the best experience with hands-on assignments, we recommend using a computer.

Can I reset my course progress?

Yes. If you want to start a course from the beginning, contact our support team and we will reset your progress. This does not affect your access or enrollment.

Certificates & Exams

How does the final assessment work?

After completing all four units, you take an online assessment that tests your understanding of the course material. The assessment is multiple-choice and can be taken from any device.

What is the passing score?

You need to score 70% or higher to pass the assessment and earn your certificate. The assessment is based on material covered in the course, so if you have worked through the units, you will be well prepared.

Can I retake the assessment?

Yes. If you do not pass on your first attempt, you can retake the assessment. We recommend reviewing the relevant units before trying again.

How do I share my certificate?

Once you pass the assessment, your certificate is available to download as a PDF. You can share it on LinkedIn, include it in your resume, or send it to your employer. Each certificate includes a unique verification ID.

Is the certificate accredited?

Our certificates confirm successful completion of professional development training. They are not accredited academic degrees. However, they are recognized by employers as evidence of practical AI skills for your specific profession.

Refunds & Guarantee

How does the money-back guarantee work?
